Cranbrook branch recertified as Elite Support Dealer

The Cranbrook, BC, branch of Dunlop Truck Centres has recently completed the Elite Support recertification process, marking its fifth certified year.

Elite Support is a collaborative program by Daimler Trucks North America and the authorized dealership network. The aim of Elite Support is to maximize vehicle uptime with Express Assessment, robust parts availability, best-trained techs, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

During annual inspection, Dunlop Truck Centres must satisfy the 140 criteria, which covers everything from the ability to deliver a preliminary diagnosis within two hours of each customer’s arrival to providing a comfortable environment for drivers as work is being done.
